Hex Flange Bolts are regular hex head bolts with built-in washer and externally threaded body. Flange bolts comes with plain or serrated flange configuration. Hexagon flange bolts, flange bolts, frame bolts are other alias of hex flange bolts.

In the automotive steering system (STEERING SHAFT ASSY), four M10X25 bolts are used to secure the upper and lower shaft assembly. The transmission mounting bracket of the drive system employs M12X70 hexagonal flange bolts. The wiper system is configured with M6X16 hexagonal flange bolts, which, through a U-shaped clamping structure and spring elements, can maintain displacement within 0.01 mm in high-frequency vibration environments. • The shank part of the hex flange screws adopts a hexagonal design. This design is not only aesthetically pleasing and elegant but, more importantly, facilitates rotation with a wrench, enabling tightening and loosening operations.
• At the other end of the shank, the hex flange screw is equipped with a flat flange. The function of this flange is to increase the connection area, enhancing the stability and sealing of the joint.
• Compared to ordinary bolts, hex flange screws have a larger ratio of bearing area to stress area, allowing them to withstand higher preload forces and ensuring a more secure connection.
• Thanks to the presence of the flange, hex flange screws can effectively prevent loosening under vibration or impact, ensuring the stability of the connection.
